Removal of keloid during csection?

Hi mummies, I am going for my 3rd csec next week. But this time is with a different gynae. Wondering if the new gynae will naturally remove the keloid around the old scar when he open and close the csec area... or is this something we have to request? My first 2 csec was with same gynae so opening area was smooth after csec...
