Spectra Pump settings

Hi mummies, I just bought a spectra S1 pump. Just curious to know, whats your favourite setting of vacuum & cycle? Please share~

2 min massage mode (70 cycle, vacuum 4) - 3min regular expression (54 cycle, vacuum 8) - 2 min massage mode - 3 to 5 min regular expression : I usually pump about 10 to 12 minutes and I would have cleared out both boobs with pretty good yield. Can try! My pump durations were greatly shortened after I discovered the massage function haha
