Spectra pump

Hi I have been using spectra the hospital grade pump. May I know which level do you mommies use for the vacuum and cycle? I’m at level 3 which seems quite Low, does it affect the milk output?

I put massage level 3 for 1-2mins then vacuum start from level 5 to 7. Don’t know correct or not and very unsure how to effectively pump it. Hope more mommies can help comment on your cycle and settings.

Sometimes massage mode works better for me otherwise i do use the lowest n highest cycle with vacuum lvl 8
