How soon can I get pregnant?
Hi mummies. Can I asked how soon is it safe to get pregnant again after the first one?
I just asked my doctor this today, he said to at least 6months to 1 year for body to recover. As he said if the gap is too close for another pregnancy, chances of your 2nd baby born smaller in size is higher.
I'm not sure how soon if via vaginal birth but if first one was delivered via c-sec, obgyn advised will need to rest for 9 months before trying for second one.
My boy was 8 months when I found out that I am pregnant with 2nd. My 1st was natural birth
it's best to wait for at least half a year after you have recovered fully
Best is to wait for at least 1 year to fully recover
Best is 18 months for your body to rest and recover.
At least 6mths if yours is a normal delivery..
