Soft boiled egg

Hi Mummies, do u guys still eat soft boiled eggs during pregnancy?

Nope I don't. I find it no point taking the risk in case you kenna salmonella. Everything needs to be fully cooked. But then some say if eggs r pasteurised then should be fine. The concern is food poisoning, so depends on you and your gynae...

I’ll have it cooked more. So it’s not runny and mushy and soft. I’m not a fan of hard boiled egg but I’m a fan of choline.

my gynae said is ok to eat after first trimester, so i eat occasionally sunny side up n ramen egg but maybe just once a week max

No. Mommy, pregnant women are not allowed to eat food that are not fully cooked.

No. Soft boiled egg/sunny side up must be avoided.

No just endure for 9 months, hard boiled eggs are fine.
