I don't have one to recommend. But how about using those post natal massage ladies too? They should be experienced and you may even get a post and pre natal package in one. For me I had bad upper backache and I relieved it with stretching and yoga stretches. It helps a lot!! Google YouTube or get a book on this. But be careful to try only stretches and not weird poses and also ask PD if you can do some simple stretches .
