Any mummies here give their LO Sophie the Giraffe as a teether? Does yours have a strong rubber smell? I read its safe for LO to chew on it... but just want to hear real examples... We were gifted one when LO was born. TIA

Yes the coloring and materials are safe for babies to chew.
Perhaps you can try to let it out for awhile to air it or wash it before giving it to your LO.
I don’t remember the initial smelling of the rubbery smell, coz now almost 2 years now no smell(I have checked earlier)
If you can gift exchange card for that, maybe you can go to the shop and ask to smell of the other Sophies
