Since you have a child, do you often feel lonely?

Hi. This is my first pregnancy and I really need advice on this. I’m 17 weeks pregnant . Last I checked last week during appointment, I’ve not been gaining weight. In fact, slightly lose weight. Is this normal? I’ve been drinking maternal milk daily. Morning and night. No skip meals daily. No nausea or vomit too. So I’m not sure if I did anything wrong. Dr did not advise me anything on weight so I think all is good? But I can’t help to try atleast gain bit. Please advise me on what to do!
