Any mummies experiencing postpartum incontinence? Can share what sort of treatment helps? I'm 8mths pp. went for a slow jog yesterday (for the 1st time after giving birth) and realised i leaked with impact, continuously. totally could not hold it. Worse is i cleared my bladder b4 the run and this still happened..! Would TCM help? What sort of western medical intervention are available? pls help thks

Have you tried kegel exercises? It's basically an exercise where you clench and unclench your muscles down there. My mom had an incontinence problem after her surgery and was advised to do that daily, whenever she can and it has helped tremendously. It's also really convenient. You can do it while sitting down and working, driving, walking etc.
