GERD baby

Hello mummies any of u experienced your lo having GERD? What is it like ? Will it go away on its own? And is the baby in pain or anything? With GERD? How does the PD confirm that your baby has It? I’m experiencing a fussy baby and cries during feeding, I think she also has nose congestion but when I googled GERD symptoms she has most of it. Planning to go to the doctors on Monday.
