Joint pain

Mummies! does breast-feeding affects our calcium intake? I'm not sure if it's just me but I'm feeling my joints are aching a lot even if I do minimal work. should I take calcium supplements? been drinking anlene too haha

Yes my gyane told me that baby will suck away calcium. After 6 mths of breastfeeding, baby can suck away almost 50% of our calcium!! So I continue eating calcium tablet even after gave birth

Excited to become a mum

experiencing joint paints just few days recently almost 2 months postpartum...mainly fingers joint (cant close fully without some pain and very tense) and upper back tension and discomfort.
