Uti And Fever In Baby

Mummies, did any of ur LO had uti before? My 8.5mths old baby had it last tues, he was given 14days of antibiotics and his fever did subside from thurs. But today out of the blue he started running a fever again... I really dont know whats wrong. His pee smells normal, we feed him antibiotics on time and without skipping a dose. Im really worried and thinking whether should i just bring him back to kkh? Pls i need advises/suggestions. Thanks ?
