While MOH guideline had been updated to be aligned with WHO directives, I sought opinions from 3 docs who all advised to pump and dump for 5-7 days. So i held back.
WHO says ok and MOH is aligned to them. But this is so new and what’s not proven unsafe may not be safe? I’m holding back for now
Yes but advisable to pump and dump for 5-7 days. For precaution.
