Health Booklet

Hi mummies, my baby’s health booklet is partially soaked by the leakage of water in the diaper bag. I just spent an hour blow drying the pages but the cover has came off and the pages are all crumpled and looks very messy now. Anyone know if it’s possible to get a replacement?
