Baby poop

Hi mummies, my baby didnt poo for two days and today when she poo, its only a bit and theres abit of blood at her poo. Im worried and need an answer ,does any mummies encounter this before ?

is the poo big ? might have a little tear on the anus . in the mean time , drink lots of fluids . more fruits
