my formula feed baby no poo poo for 3 days.

My baby 3 months plus. No poop for 3 days already. Im so worried. I see him like wanna push out his shit but when i check his diaper no poop. ???

Is he straining to poo? Hmm.. my bb once 5 days no poo so end up go pd and pd give suppository. Give your pd a call and they will let you know what to do
