Is this eczema?

hi mummy, yes my son is having the red patches on his neck. rpot cause is usually heat so need to wear more airy however weather is turning cold, so please take note. you can apply lightly the ceradan moisturizer with ceramide version, is good but do remember lightly will do coz too thick will block the sweat gland
