Hi mummies, my baby is 13months now and is nursed to sleep every night and nap. But my supply is getting lower and lower now and i dont mind stopping breastfeeding. Any suggestions on what i should do?

What I did was I usually bottle feed my baby before bed. And they will still nurse to sleep. Just to make sure they get enough. Nursing is a comfort to them. If you want to stop totally you have to let them get used to it by saying no nursing.

You’ll need to disconnect the feeding from sleeping, then train baby to sleep without nursing (sleep training—many methods available, with online guides available). It’s tough at first, but it’s worth it:)
