Hi Mummies, anyone have good remedies to help ease nausea/bloatedness? I eat small meals (also bcos I cnt eat) drink ginger tea, ginger/sour candies, ate meds that supposedly help ease nausea/vomiting/bloatedness but nothing seem to make me feel better. I am very hungry but I cannot look or imagine food. I usually force myself to eat a few bites then I start so feel "sick" and I stop if not I will start vomiting.. completely different from my 1st pregnancy (I dnt hv morning sickness) so this is a new exhausting/experience for me.
