Can preggy mum eat leftover food?

Hi mummies, anyone ever eat leftover foods? Usually how many day’s is left in the fridge then u eat it? Or y’all totally avoid it? It’s so hard for the husband to understand me that I can never touch leftover food without puking! I'm currently at 18 weeks
