Why 1 year old eating lesser

Hi mummies, any advice? My boy is 1 year old plus and eating lesser and lesser at meals. Some days he ate a few mouthful and the food sits in his mouth for very long without biting and swallowing. After that he will split them out. We stick to his usual food and also try offer new food. Still the same :(

Hi mummy, same problem with my 15 month old. I addressed to the doctor this during his checkup. He advised me to reduce his milk intake and wait for him to get hungry. Drinking too much liquid can make them feel full thus avoiding soilds. OR it could be just lack of appetite / play mood. so don’t worry so much ❤️

I read that it is common bc their growth slows down after 1yr and their weight is pretty stagnant. However u may want to check your utensils. If you are using silicone- taste their food it could taste soapy! But there are many reasons but the eating less phase will pass ❤️
