Baby Solid food

Hi! Any mummies able to advise how much fruit, vegetable, protein and grain an 8 month old baby able to consume in a day? (In grams) My baby poop harden and I am thinking of cutting down his meat and root vegetable intake but had no idea how much is suitable. I bought a food weighing machine to ensure that I am not overfeeding him. ?

Hi mummy every baby intake is different. I gave my baby one bowl of porridge or puree etc 1 time a day only cos she's taking a normal bowl. Some parents only give 4 to 5 spoon of food to baby but seperate into 3x a day. It really depend on yourself and how much your baby can take.
