Hand sucking

Hi mummies, my 2mo+ start fist sucking frequently. Is this just a phase? I try to keep pulling his hand down but doesnt seems to be effective.

This is common. He has strong sucking reflex and this is one of the ways he soothe himself. He will grow out of it with time.
