Emergency C Sect

Any mum who went through emergency c sect in the middle of natural birth? Mind sharing your experiences and the procedures once you’ve been told to go for emergency c sect? Thanks!

I’m one! I was 6 hours into my contractions when the doc decided to pop my water sac with his hands to help speed the process since my water hadn’t gushed out yet. Once the water gushed he found that it was green, which meant my little one had already pooped inside. Immediately rushed me for a c-section!

Husband gotta wait outside. If epidural is working for you, they will increase the dosage so you won’t feel painful during the C sect. But if epidural is not working, they will then try other anaesthesia like another jab into the spine
