Yes but only out of necessity and convenience rather than preference. Wala naman kaming kotse and sa panahon ngayon, puvs aren't exactly safe either. Dati, medyo masama tingin ko pag nakakita ng buong pamilya nakasakay sa motor kahit maliliit na bata. I know realize na it's most probably because they don't have the luxury to do otherwise.
