Week 12-13

Morning sickness is gone, but i feel nauseous n will vomit only after taking the obimin & fish oil pills given by KKH. can i replace the supplements with something else?

You can try these 2 my doctor recommended as an alternative for me too cox I can’t swallow either. From guardian

How does the calcium gummies taste! I wanted to switch to gummies but the nurses said it doesn’t taste nice so try the pills 😮‍💨
