Exercise during two-week wait ?

Morning ladies! Can I check are these exercises “ allowed” during the TTW? I always feel very inactive and fat during the TTW because I read we can’t do strenuous exercises. So.. can we .. 1. Hike for about 10 km? 2. Cycle maybe a 10 km? 3. Do abs exercise? Or just those yoga stretching kind?

Not advisable to do strenuous exercises. Just light exercise less than 30mins. Personally, I do zero exercise during tww to be safe. - other than walking

Hi, advised not to do any strenuous exercise. Just slow-moderate walking for 20mins a day. :)
