Blood spotting
This month i notice that sometimes there's a little spot of blood that is coming out. Is it natural and why this happen? Any one have experience it? Im already 6 months pregnant.

best to see and ask doc, i have bleeding for 5month and constantly keep going a&e to see if baby safe. for my case it was threaten miscarriage.
Please consult your gynaecologist. Meanwhile, avoid stand/walk too long, carry heavy stuff and sit whenever you can.
