Hi Momshies, suggest naman po kayo ng mga recommended food, merienda or ulam nyo everyday. Napansin ko kasi parang hindi na healthy kinakain ko these past few weeks. ??♀️ 35 weeks preggy here! ?

Sinabawang isda po. Boiled okra na may boiled egg na partner. Basta iwas po kayo sa oily food. Gulay po na monggo pero hindi po ginigisa
breakfast egg and milk (anmum) po lunch and dinner. always may kasama green leafy veges

Tortang talong, sinabawang upo, adobong sitaw
Iba ibang gulay at prutas araw araw po
