Hi Momshies, suggest naman po kayo ng mga recommended food, merienda or ulam nyo everyday. Napansin ko kasi parang hindi na healthy kinakain ko these past few weeks. ??‍♀️ 35 weeks preggy here! ?

Sinabawang isda po. Boiled okra na may boiled egg na partner. Basta iwas po kayo sa oily food. Gulay po na monggo pero hindi po ginigisa
