Ok lng po basta iwas lng s mga seafoods n may high mercury content normally ung malalaking isda like tuna
ok lg nmn po, wag lg mdami o ung kilaw, mhirap hindi mdigest o mkacontract ng salmonella. . .
Wag lang shark fin, raw foods na di naluto ng maayos katulad nung ibang japanese foods.
In moderation lang po. Lalo sa ibang fish na mataas ang mercury content.
Okay lang naman wag lang sobra sobra kailangan din mag control.
