When should I do squatting and other exercises?

Hi momshies! I'm 37 weeks and 2 days via LMP but 35 weeks and 2 days via ultrasound Kasi PCOS daw.... Tanong ko lng when kaya ako pwde na magsquatting and maglakad lakad?...inom Ng pineapple juice o kaya Chuckie? Any advices mga momsh?

Hi mommy! Much better to ask your OB po kung ia allow ka na nya. Depende kase sa status ng pregnancy nyo yan. Anyway, para san po ang chuckie? :)

Really? ngayon ko lang din kase narinig yan. Lage pa naman akong umiinom ng chuckie before😅
