Hi momshies im 31 weeks preggy pa po and now galing ako sa OB ko sabi nya ang laki ni baby 5.34lb na sya which is pang 34 weeks yung timbang so pinag diet ako..sino pong nkaranas ng ganito pero normal lng yung delivery? At ano po yung foods na good diet for pregnancy? Ty

Bawas ka mommy sa rice... more on gulay and fruits... tas iwas sa mga biscuits.. kung kakakain mo lang tas magutom ko... mag peanuts ka lang.. mas okay yung baked peanuts instead yung maraming salt.. pang tanggal gutom. Pwede ka din mag kamote... ako, before lunch ko mashed potato and century tuna or gulay..
