spectra s1 vs medela freestyle

Hi moms with pumping experience! I received this pump in the blessing grp and Im actually confuse on the medela freestyle buttons. 1. With the button with droplets on the left and the lady option on the right? 2. Once i on, which button should i use first? Then droplets or the lady? 3. Which level and how many mins should i use each breast? For spectra S1 , how many mins , cycle and vacuum for the massage button and the let down button for each breast?
