Yaya

Hi moms! Just want to ask those po na may yaya dito sa bahay. Every week din ba ang day off ng yaya nyo? Are they focused as yaya or all around din since nung quarantine? We have yaya for our 2yo daughter but since pandemic kasi our Mgmt implemented work from home arrangement na lang so I am staying at home na. Our yaya is more on bantay kay daughter etc. She helps me at some chores when I ask her pero most of the time nakababad lang sya sa tablet nya lalo na kapag tulog ung anak namin. We plan to have some changes sana with her contract so I would appreciate your suggestions. Thanks! :)
