Moms, can someone told me if the scan here really shows small sack syndrone? Can someone atleast share about it.. Im really scared.

First ultrasound ko ganun din nanyari sac lang din po sia positive pt ako pero advice ng ob ko early pregnancy and repeat after 2weeks yung ultrasound ko and thank god nakita ko na si baby.. pray and positive lang
