Sore breast

Hi moms! Would like to ask for tips, i’m a full breastfeeding mom to my newborn, sometimes my breasts would be sore lalo na during latching, they told me baka need ayusin yung paglatch ni baby pero kuha naman nya yung nipple and part of areola ko, may tips po kayo to prevent or treat sore breasts? Thank you! 😊

Hi mommy! I also experienced that. unli latching lang talaga and usually after a month, mawawala na rin yan. You can try putting VCO or nipple balm to help. Pero yung baby ko ayaw nya ng may nipple balm kasi dumudulas kapag nadede sya 😅 So tiniis ko sya. Need lang mag toughen up ng nipple mo and once masanay ok na yan. God bless mommy! 😊🙏
