Sore breasts

I just gave birth last Sept 11 via CSection and mommies, yung baby ko sobrang lakas magbreastfeed, minuminuto! Tapos nasusugat na nipples ko and may malaking bukol na masakit on both my breasts huhu how to ease the pain of sore breasts?

Hot compress po. Pag magpapadede ka po kalong mo po si baby yung nakaupo ka. Tapos nood ka po ng proper latching sa youtube.
