orange stain

hi moms, i just want to ask my 5mo old daughter had a little bit orange stain in her diaper. she is exclusively breastfed since day 1. what could be the cause? please enlighten me. thanks

baka po stain yun from her poop. baka umutot lang kaya mejo stain. ganyan din minsan baby ko pagg umuutot, nagkaka stain ang diaper na color orangey/browny dahil siguro sa poop! hahaha
