Moms, how do you cope if you haven't been able to sleep for several days due to super hectic schedule?

I don't have any other option since it's only me and my husband who take care of the kids alternately. Minsan pag sagad na talaga ung pagod ko, that's the time I really request a few hours alone in the room so I can sleep. But if the kids are also sleeping, sabay na lang ako sa knila.
