Not sure for herbs but I've read that ampalaya may somehow help in fertility regulation. Sesame seed (or linga) may also help increase fertility among men. Consuming Ampalaya or bitter gourd regularly is an excellent way to regulate blood sugar and promote fertility. Just chop the young leaves then boil in a glass of water for 15 minutes. Leave the cover off to let it cool and then, strain. Take 1/3 cup 3 times a day after meals.
