Continue or stop kumon?

Moms and Dads, just want to ask, my child will start her formal school this school year, she’s in Kumon since last year of Sept. I am wondering (in your experience) did you continue your child in kumon plus formal schooling? I am in torn because I dont want my child to be bombarded with lots of school stuffs as well as kumon worksheets.. any insights is greatly appreciated.
