Anything with sabaw but I shy away from the instant soups. Mas ok parin talagang ulam para healthy. When you're down with something the best talaga to increase your fluid intake so your body can recover faster kaya more soup and water talaga ang kailangan
Usually talaga yung masabaw. Pwede rin naman tinola. Healthy dish yun especially with luya, sayote and malunggay. You can add chicken sa meal kung feel niya kumain ng meat. Pwede rin lugaw or sopas but I prefer tinola more talaga b

Sobrang helpful ng mainit na sabaw for sick kids (and kids at heart). Kasi it helps in bringing back their energy. You can try serving hearty soup like crab and egg soup or pumpkin soup!

Lugaw all day long ang pagkain ko before kapag may sakit ako. I think it was super effective because madali siyang ma-digest ng katawan :)
