well mader , actually if you thinking about fully breastfeed your baby you must think "positive" that you can breastfeed. 2nd thing dont skip your meal . 3rd if you a housewife keep direct breastfeed your baby . if you a working mom keep pump following pump schedule . but the main thing is actually mindset
saya pun selalu mcm ni dulu. tapi sekarang saya amalkan minum horlick setiap hari, breakfast jangan skip, setiap 1 jam direct breastfeeding & emosi kena jaga jangan fikir benda2 yg stress. Susu sentiasa ada. Now , baby dah 3 bulan 26 hari 😊
regular pumping, every 2hours, and make sure you yourself cukup kalsium supply ya, susu kambing bagus. my baby pun around 2months+, I consume susu kambing alhamdulilah sekali pump dapat around 8oz. goodluck mommy! oh air kosong pun kena minum banyak.
saya pun kalau pump selalu nak dapat 2oz tu susah sangat . tapi cuba beli collector macam ni . nak dapat 4oz senang . sekelip mata . harga pun tak sampai RM10 kat shopee

dri y apa yg sy faham kena selalu pam, lg bnyk demand lg tinggi supply..if xboleh pam sbb baby df, buat tandem..pam sebelah df sebelah..hrp membantu..
Kena rajin pam, lagi byk n kerap pam, lagi banyak susu nanti, buat jadual pam atau lps bg direct bf, terus pam
banyakkan minum air atleast 3L perday.. & hindarkan diri dari stress.. n never skip ur meal..
do power pumping dear. it might helps more.
