1 year-ish baby cough - how to heal naturally?

Hi mommies/daddies. Today is his second day of coughing. He coughed once yesterday morning n throughout the day a few times and is still coughing throughout his sleep today. He is still able to sleep tho but it’s officially his first time sick and not recovering. He started his solid since 6 months , not on any milk formula. Only breastmilk.
