Sabon for baby bottles/pacifiers

Hello mommies Ano po gamit niyong sabon kapag maghuhugas ng baby bottles, pacifiers etc? Need po ba yung talagang bottle cleanser or pwede ba yung ordinary na dishwashing liquid lang?

for me, pwede din naman yunv regular dishwashing liquid, just use it very diluted and mabanlanwan mabuti.
