Hello mommies! What vitamins ang iniinom nyo to keep you up and active the whole day? Especially when you have a toddler and a month old baby.

Hello mommies aq kc tinigil ko vitamins ko.. kc nga pag mag take aq vitamins.. parang inaantok aq.. syempre d nmn aq pwd matulog pag gxng c baby.. so gnagawa ko n lng.. fruits and veggies araw arw tapos milk sa umaga at gav....

I only drink vitamin C everyday, no multivitamins. Matagal na ako pinagsasabihan ng family ko take multivitamins but I just don't like kasi inaantok ako.

I'm so bad, I don't drink vitamins! But I used to take Centrum multivitamins, nakakataba nga lang kasi nagpapagana siya sa pagkain so I stopped, haha.

I take poten cee everyday then fee months ago, I started taking Enervon kasi naramdaman ko talaga yung over fatigue and parang bibigay na katawan ko.

Usana essentials vitamins namin. I also drink infused water and opt for fresh juices than softdrinks. Less sugar but more of veggies and fruits.

Nakakataba nga daw yun. Hehe! Enervon lang natry ko eh. Feel ko effective naman sya. Baka lang may ibang mas okay :)

Ako naman po ay generic na ascorbic acid 500mg. So far ok naman hindi pa ko tinatamaan ng ubo't sipon.

MX3 sis. Im not sure if its a multi vitamins pero lakas maka boost nga energy ko

USANA po ang vitamins na tine-take ko. Approved din po sya ng OB at Pedia.

Fresh fruit juice po. I also infuse my water with lemon and strawberries.
