Hi Mommies, just want to ask if i used to be indigent member and wanted to apply for informal economy membership, hm should i pay? Last usage of Philhealth was April 2020. Membership Contribution was last paid 2018. After that, no payment done; until i got hospitalized on April 2020 (thats the time i applied for Indigent). Pls help...
