Currently with GDM also. Pina monitor sakin ni Doc sugar ko 2 hrs each meal. So far na mamaintain ko nman yung 120 and below. Half rice, konting meat and gulay. Then no desserts and colored drinks tlaga. Water only. Minsan lumalagpas ako sa 120mg/dl pag napaparami yung rice or ulam ko so dapat yung sakto lang talaga para di magutom. Bawal magpakabusog huhu

currently with pre gestational diabetes, on insulin and metformin . consulted an endocrinologist. suggest lang to switch to brown rice . 1/4 of the plate should be rice, 1/4 meat or protein. and 2/4 should be greens. stick to water and no colored drinks. if kakain ng bread make sure that it's wheat bread.

8months now and may gdm din. I was advised to seek help from a dietician. Para mas makakain ng tama na hindi nasasacrifice ang weight ni baby at maiwasan na rin na gumamit pa ng insulin. No sugar at all ang isa sa pinaka advise sakin. No fried foods, more on sabaw sabaw at gulay. …

switched to brown rice that time then completely umiwas ako sa sweets (ang hirap 😭) then consistent exercise, thankfully after birth nawala naman yung diabetes 🤗
