Working Out

Hello Mommies! Sino dito nagwoworkout parin? Ive been working out for a long time before pa ko mabuntis and now, I decided to continue working out. Pero if before 4 to 5 times a week for 45 mins to 1hr per session, ngayon 3 times a week nalang for 30 minutes. Kayo po?

ang swerte mo sis hindi ka maselan kaya pwede pa magwork out. ako kahit prenatal yoga hindi ko magawa kasi always bed rest ako. Keep it up!
